Taken from a Swiss Erbenerklärung:
"Über die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen betreffend Antritt oder Ausschlagung der Erbschaft bin ich
orientiert.
Ich trete hiermit die Erbschaft xxx unbedingt und vorbehaltlos an."
Acceptance somehow does not sound right, but neither does the "commencement" given by Romain/Byrd/Thieleicke.
Any thoughts?

Acceptance is right as would be an obscurer rewording with 'agree to being assented' the inheritance, but that might not work in the US or Canada.
