• The Response Team shall be comprised of:
o Management Board – The Management Board shall be comprised of at least one OMB member and such other relevant Hempel management as designated by such OMB member. The Management Board acts as the highest corporate authority of the affected Hempel entity or site during a Dawn Raid. The Management Board will give guidance to the National Coordinator, Site Coordinators or other Response Team members, and will make decisions on matters relating to a Dawn Raid.
