How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Согласно словарю Кэмбриджа, Esq. - это сокращение от Esquire. Перевести его можно нетитулованный рыцарь, господин. В английском и американском у этого слова, совершенно разные значения. Например, в США это сокращение ставится у адвокатов после полного имени - John Smith, Esq.
В британском английском у этого слова применений намного больше. Исторически эта приставка ставилась после имени дворянина, который готовился стать рыцарем и служить своему королю. Например, the lord of the manor, Richard Bethell Esq.
В современном британском эту приставку периодически используют как вежливое обращение по отношении к мужчинам в переписке. Например, J. C. Pearson Esquire.

Эсквайр (англ. Esquire, обыкновенно сокращенно Esq.) — почетный титул, происходящий от англо-норманнского слова escuier, франц. écuyer, лат. scutifer, т. е. «щитоносец». Первоначально титул этот носили в Англии все те, которые, не будучи пэрами или рыцарями, пользовались правом иметь свой герб, т. е. весь обширный класс английского дворянства — джентри. Лица низших классов могли получать этот титул только посредством королевских грамот. Титул передавался потомству. Теперь в Англии титул Э. дают: 1) все государственные должности, начиная от мирового судьи, 2) степень доктора и 3) звание барристера (поверенного при высших судах). Из вежливости титул Э. дается всем лицам образованным и принадлежащим к хорошему обществу. Титул Э. становится излишним для лиц, обладающих каким-либо другим титулом. Сокращенная форма Сквайр обозначает: 1) в Англии — помещика, 2) в Северной Америке — мирового судью.

Нвпример, в ВИКИ: Эсквайр — титул дворянина, должностного лица; обычно сокращённо ставится после фамилии: William Jones Esq.
