'Consumer unit' - more suitable for individual households
'Load centre' - for larger buildings or facilities

'Consumer unit' is closest to the Czech original

Yes, Google shows overwhelming 21 hits for the 'electrical consumption device' with 'c'. Mostly from traditionally English speaking countries such Brazil and China. What's wrong with sarcasm?

There is no need to be sarcastic. Missing lower case 'c' letter was not a tragedy as the meaning I wanted to deliver remained clear. However what still stands is my original answer that the suggested translation does not have relevant hits on Google.

Eletrical applience to nemůže být z podstaty samotné definice.

Eletrical consumption device je varianta, kterou momentálně používám, ale zní jako googlovský překlad a navíc na ni nejsou odkazy.

Just wondering - CONSUMER UNIT might even be the best option, as it is the most word-for-word equivalent ('consumer' - 'odberatel', 'unit' - 'zarizeni').
Example sentence:

Load centres use plug-on circuit breakers to reliably distribute the electricity to circuits throughout a home or small building.
