The term Physicomathematical is to be found here:

In its older version it reads Physico-Mathematical

Then Faculty can be Universitary School as well

Faculty of Physical and Mathematics Sciences and Engineering

Each University has gives different names to the Faculties and sometimes they do not correspond exactly. However this one should apply. You can also visit the website below

Faculty of Engineering and Mathematical and Physical Sciences

This is the combination that I found to have existed in a proper university faculty of an English-speaking country. Normally, the Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences is separate from the Engineering, or it is called Physical and Engineering Sciences, or something else.

However, there are many journals and institutes of "Mathematical, Physical and Engineering Sciences", so it may be better to use "Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Engineering Sciences" as the faculty name. Not quite so faithful to the original, though.
