non riesco a capire OPENED UPON EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT nella frase "payable at 150 days from the date of forwarder certificate of receipt through irrevocable and confirmed l/c, opened upon effectiveness of the contract and expiring 2 months after the last date of shipment".
Si sta parlando di un pagamento che è "esigibile a 150 giorni a decorrere dalla data del certificato di presa in consegna della merce da parte dello spedizioniere tramite lettera di credito irrevocabile e confermata, aperta all’efficacia del contratto (???) e con scadenza 2 mesi dopo l’ultima data di spedizione.
Qualcuno mi sa aiutare?
