The parsing here should actually be your "me moments" (not "your me"), which can be understood as time you take solely for yourself (to understand yourself better, to better define your goals in life, to have important realizations, etc.). It has nothing to do with the relationship between you and the narrator/author (or anyone else) in this case. See the following link for one reference/explanation:
