For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby confirmed that the term Taxes" does not include, for the purposes of this Lease, any taxes imposed on the Landlord in relation to its turn-over, income or profits or that ---- could be reconciled with such taxes ---- on the turnover, income or profits should the Landlord pay them as well as any obligations of the Landlord which have arisen prior to the date of the Final Hand Over Protocol.
