Swedish term

trolöshet, grovt brott versus grov trolöshet

Swedish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Court ruling
HI, I was hoping someone could help me differentiate these two crime classifications. I've come up with "felony breach of trust" for "trolöshet, grovt brott", and "gross breach of trust" for "grov trolöshet" but I'm not sure and am finding this hard to verify. Looking for UK English but US would also be helpful. It appears in a a court ruling as follows:

i stället för nio fall av trolöshet mot huvudman, grovt brott, och två fall av grov trolöshet mot huvudman dömer xxxxx för 11 fall av grovt bedrägeri enligt 9 kap. 3 § brottsbalke

Thanks for your help!
