: أخي العزيز محمد ، هذا المصدر ليس محل ثقة ليس فقط للغته العامية ، ولكن لأنه من شخص غير ذي صفة ضارئبية (مؤسسة حكومية أو أستاذ متخصص ، إضافة إلى أنه في محاولة شرحه لـ"ضريبة الخصم والإضافة" لم يشرح شيئًا في الواقع يربط بين التسمية وطبيعة تلك الضريبة..
