5. INDEMNITY/ INSURANCE: Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold BB harmless against any and all claims, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or otherwise relating to Buyer's acts or omissions in connection with the Products. Buyer shall, at all times, maintain insurance policies to provide the types and amounts of coverage that are customary in the food service industry, with each such policy naming BB as an additional insured.
