Change Order No. (01)
The Subcontract Agreement was made on February 14, 2018.
This Change Order no.01 (Hereinafter referred to as the "C.O") is made and entered on 03 day of December. 2020 in Riyadh, KSA by and between:
Company as "First Party" or "Contractor", And
Productions Co. as "Second Party" or "Subcontractor"
Whereas the parties commenced the execution of Subcontract Agreement "SCA" Ref. made on February 14, 2018 for Supply & Installation of Glass & Aluminium Works of the Project some of the Updates related to adding additional works to the Subcontractor's scope of Works and de- scoping part of the Subcontractor's scope of Works, which necessitated the issuance of what was agreed between parties in C.O no.01.
Term and Conditions:
A- This C.O subject to re-measured and shall be for negative amount equal to SAR (497,501.00) (Saudi Arabian Riyal Four Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred One) and the revised SCA Price is 11,524,595.10 SAR.
