| Καλημέρα Βασίλη, ευχαριστώ. Στο κείμενο όμως (συμβολαιογραφική πράξη), το διαμέρισμα παραχωρείτε πλήρως σε έναν ιδιοκτήτη, δεν υπάρχει από κοινού ιδιοκτησία, οπότε το co-owned με προβληματίζει. Εκτός κι αν το "Αυτοτελές και διηρημένο" αναφέρεται στην μέχρι τώρα κατάσταση του διαμερίσματος, που ήταν όντως co-owned. Βγαίνει άκρη έτσι; |

: 'αυτοτελές διαμερισμα= self- contained
'διηρημένο', πιστεύω, θα εννοεί 'οτι , ένας όροφος διηρέθικε σε 2 ή 3 διαμερίσματα. Στα Αγγλικά το λέμε, 'converted to 2 or 3 self-contained flats/apartments'.
