German term (edited):
ASK (Ansparkonto)
annualised hours account
Just an idea. See Björn's notes in the Discussion box. Sounds like an Ansparkonto is a specific kind of flexitime account. The closest term I've found is "annualised hours" (UK). Worth a read of the linked doc from the Unite union to see if this a good match/a fit for your context.

- if this Germany: not at all clear from the question. Such a differentiation would be questionable in other German-speaking countries.
Otherwise, refer to the Discussion Entries for 'clarification' / obfuscation.

AZK (Arbeitszeitkonto) / ASK = Arbeitsstundenkonto, as per Susan S. as pictured.
Example sentence:
Timesheet data is overlaid roster data so a comparison can be made between roster and timesheet.

: No need for insults. And while we're on the topic of obfuscation, neither of your refs even includes the abbreviation Manuela was asking for. You could've also used something much shorter, like overtime pay, which is essentially what this is all about.

: Arbeitsstundenkonto doesn't get many hits, but I think this must be it. Working time account http://www2.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-english/business-commer...

: I know German can get repetitive at times, but "Stunden" + ASK and AZK is a bit much. I'm 95% sure this is about something else. See d-box (soon).

Interesting, looks like your research was fruitful. So apparently the two terms aren't synonyms, good clarification!

Discussion
The concept of annualis/zed hours wasn't something I had heard about before, to be honest, but makes a ton of sense in certain industries.
What didn't occur to me at first either is that you might as well forget about the abbreviations in this case and just call it "overtime pay," since a payout can only occur if you worked more hours than agreed to--regardless of what account they come from.
Best wishes

While not a document covering only the construction industry, it states quite clearly that an ASK can only be, say, in the black.

Had to work my way through a lof of timesheet stuff at the end of last year, but nothing similar to what we have here popped up anywhere (just flextime etc.)

Not entirely sure you need a different term for this; some seem to say that it's the same as an AZK, but I feel I have to disagree with Susan here (don't do this often) because "Arbeitsstundenkonto" is still wrong and no reference was provided.

On page 2, it says "Zu-/Abgang ASK" and further below "Ansparkonto."
For reference:
