أما من حيث موضوع الدعوى، فحيث أن المدعي يدعي في دعواه بأنه تعاقد مع المدعى عليها بالعقد الموصوف في الدعوى ويطلب إلزام المدعى عليها بتسليمه مكافأة نهاية الخدمة والتعويض عن الإنهاء لسبب غير مشروع وحيث تم إخطار المدعى عليها ولم يحضر من يمثلها وحيث أن وكيل المدعي قد قدم مجموعة من المستندات كبينة على دعواه وكانت عبارة عن عرض عمل يفتقر لموافقة المدعي والأولى منها يوجد توقيع للمدعي ومؤرخة الورقة بتاريخ 2016/12/05م وتوقيع المدعي مذكورا بجانبه التاريخ وهو 2014/05/12م والمدة 20 عشرون شهرا والمستند الآخر لا يحوي أي توقيع للمدعي
