role of CSDs in resolution actions
I have a slide to translate about the role of various stakeholders in resolution procedures and it focuses on the role of the Central Securities Depositary (CSD) in resolution procedures (in particular write-downs and conversion of capital instruments) and the nominal value of old and new debt instruments. There is a footnote to explain the item as part of a flowchart.

Selected
bond de-listing; 'check-out' of the debenture loan
-> as opposed to 'Einbuchung' : bond first or re- listing; log-in or 'check-in'.
Ausbuchung : derecognition & charge-off vs. Einbuchung : recognition Zahn and FWIW Der Große Eichborn, both of which strike me as more accounting terms of art.
No need - for those unfamiliar with Wiener Börse jargon and shop talk - to engage in extensive research and to Google bond 'check-out'.
PS our City of London law firm -as 'debenture (vs. bond loan) trust deed' trustees routinely preferred the term of 'debenture' to the many-sided meaning of bond.

Example sentence:
What is the delisting process? A security is automatically delisted upon maturity. If there is a full early redemption, all you need to do is notify us of this fact and the date with which the redemption happened.

Removal seems OK to me. In IT, you'd be talking about posting to or removing something from an account. Not sure here ofc.
Best wishes
Not sure of how much help I can be here, but I think you're on the right track:
"A central securities depository (CSD) is an institution that holds financial instruments, including equities, bonds, money market instruments and mutual funds.
It allows ownership of those instruments to be transferred in electronic form through updating electronic records which are often known as ‘book-entry records’."
