PLURI REPRÉSENTATION
Le mandant, sauf s'il est le représentant d'une personne morale, autorise dès à présent le mandataire à déroger au principe édicté par l'alinéa premier de l'article 1161 du Code civil qui dispose qu'un représentant d'une personne physique ne peut agir pour le compte de plusieurs parties au contrat en opposition d'intérêts ni contracter pour son propre compte avec le représenté. Dans cette hypothèse, le mandataire ne devra pas faire prédominer les intérêts de l'une des parties au préjudice de l'autre.

Note carefully Daryo's choice comment the last time this interesting *PROBATE/ LETTERS OF CONFIRMATION* question had been asked all of 5 years ago: '..... not to forget that in the context of inheritance laws "représentation" can have a very specific meaning that has nothing to do with being anyone's legal representative....'
NB coparcenary denotes not only a body of male heirs or heiresses in Hindu Indian law speicfically, but also a group of heirs in Anglo-American aka 'Anglo-Saxon law'.
(A coparcener's) main duty is to represent his family members or act behalf of the family.
Communities of heirs have no body which could represent them. As so-called communities of joint owners, joint and unanimous action is required between the heirs

: There are some parallels, but "coparcenary representation" seems to be too specific to a type of family (Hindu Undivided Family) to be applicable here.

Exemption from exclusive representation
Agreeing to "pluri représentation" means in effect giving the representative an exemption from the obligation to represent only one of the parties involved.

En matière de représentation des personnes physiques, un représentant ne peut agir pour le compte de plusieurs parties au contrat en opposition d'intérêts ni contracter pour son propre compte avec le représenté.
En ces cas, l'acte accompli est nul à moins que la loi ne l'autorise ou que le représenté ne l'ait autorisé ou ratifié.

Exactly the same wording used here, where it's about one "mandataire" acting for several "mandants" bidding in the same auction:
