: défi me semble OK - en particulier pour une société type IT, Consulting...- par contre il faut bien utiliser 'jeunes diplômés' et non 'nouveaux diplômés'

thanks Michel but what if they are not so "jeunes"? In the U.S., this would be considered discriminatory language. Companies are not allowed to specify age (see EEOC/federal law)
