Nasi Lemak
Is this just the Malay dish Nasi Lemak? In which case, i would leave the definition as 'Nasi Lemak', and then translate a description of the dish into English.
Those familiar with South East Asian cuisine should know the term already, for others the description would suffice.
Occasionally it is translated as 'fatty rice' or 'creamy rice', though i find they dont work as well in English!
