Arabic to English Law/Patents Law (general)
على الادارات واصحاب العمل الذين يعهدون بتنفيذ اي عمل الى متعهد ان يخطروا المؤسسة باسم المتعهد
وعنوانه وبطبيعة العمل الذي عهد به اليه وتكاليفه، قبل بدء العمل بثلاثة ايام على الاقل. ويلتزم المتعهد بنتائج هذا
الاخطار عن نفسه، وعن المتعهد الثانوي الذي يتعاقد معه ان وجد. ويكون المتعهد الاصلي، والمتعهد الثانوي،
مسؤولين بالتكافل والتضامن عن الوفاء بالالتزامات المقررة في هذا القانون، وفي الانظمة والتعليمات الصادرة
بموجبه.

enter into an agreement

Since it was talking about contract, I think using (enter into an agreement) is more appropriate for this context.
