Arabic term

توكيل أو وكالة

Arabic to English Law/Patents Law (general) حكم سعودي
In a Saudi court judgment, it refers to وكالة as a specific deed produced by a notarial office to appoint a lawyer for a client. This DOES NOT correspond to Power of Attorney in English, because this is NOT used to appoint a lawyer.
I would be interested in the correct term, given the Saudi context and correct English usage.
I KNOW THERE ARE TERMS ALREADY in the term search, but they do not match the above.

I think by proxy would be more accurate in your context
Note from asker:
Thank you Afaf, but have you read my notes? In England a power of attorney is not made to appoint a lawyer, rather a member of the family. E.g. I am an attorney for my mother - but I am NOT a lawyer. I do not know though in Saudi the English term used for the deed appointing a lawyer to a client.
True Deed of Proxy might work. The trouble is that in Saudi English terms are actually used, and I have not been able to find what they actually say in English in Saudi.
