... is the literal translation (see Vinterberg & Bodelsen Dansk-Engelsk Ordbog).

It is just a way of emphasising a fact (that they love dilemmas, or that they deal with dilemmas every day)

However, the way it is used in your context is a bit on the odd side, and I would suggest a rewrite of the entire sentence along the lines of:

They love dilemmas - they deal with dilemmas all day, every day, and then some!
