Une obligation "investmentgrade" a un rating d'au moins BBB- ou Baa3. Ici ie texte demande deux fois le contraire qui se dit en anglais "non-investment grade" ou "speculative grade". Je dirais donc "Obligations (convertibles) à haut risque investissement spéculatif"
