a measure of how much of an administered drug is absorbed into the bloodstream, actually reaching the intended site of action in the body. For example, medicine is absorbed from the GI tract, travels through the bloodstream, and reaches the organ tissues, where it works to fight infection, prevent rejection, etc.

Mora fjalen Biodisponueshmeri, meqe me duket me e lehte per tu shqiptuar :-)
Faleminderit!
Gjate perkthimit isha ne dijeni per kete cfare thoni ju, mirepo meqe ne libra e gjeta keshtu (kam lene nje shenim poshte perkthimit), e mora si te tille. Nuk e di, ndoshta perkthyesit e meparshem jane munduar ta pershtasin disi perkthimin e kesaj fjale.
Po të përkthejmë fjalë për fjalë "availability" dhe në të njejtën kohë të shohim si e kanë përkthyer këtë term kolegët e gjuhëve të tjera ka më shumë kuptim "disponibiliteti, gatishmëria në një kohë të caktuar e dickaje, në këtë ras e barit mjekësor". Në internet e hasa disa herë termin e përshtatur "biodisponibilitet" por nuk kam gjetur ende një shqipërim të mirëfilltë. Biogatishmëri???
