English to Arabic Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

1. As xx wishes to facilitate the exchange of information with x by the use of modern means of communication, namely e-mail, xx plans to deliver technical and business information including, without limitation, safety data sheets, product specifications, product brochures and argumentation aids (the “Documents”) to x in electronic form. In order to protect the authenticity and correctness of the Documents Life x undertakes to comply with the obligations and requirements of Annex F which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
