English to Arabic Other Law (general)

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, premises, undertakings and commitments of each Party to the other herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

I know the meaning of each word but I do not understand here together what they refer to? Thanks in advance for your help.
