roll-out: 本义为正式推出，在此之前的阶段为试点。既是正式推出，就是希望用户越多越好，制定了这样一个计划，当然是为了推而广之，不会是仅仅为了一个“推出点”，所以译为“推广计划”能恰如其分地表达出原意。
