Alosterie je změna prostorového uspořádání enzymové makromolekuly (její tzv. terciární struktury), jíž se mění schopnost enzymu vázat se na substrát a reagovat s ním. Ke změně dochází navázáním tzv. inhibitoru (nejčastěji konečný produkt enzymové reakce) nebo aktivátoru na molekulu enzymu. Alosterie je jedním ze způsobů regulace aktivity enzymu.
