During 2004, most of our benefit costs had favourable results – meaning that both employees and the Company enjoyed better than anticipated experience. As a result, we are pleased to hold the 2005 Health and Dental premium rates at the same level as they were in 2004. This applies to all coverage levels (employee, spouse, children) and all plan option types (A, B and C). Details of the monthly payroll deduction rates are shown in the chart below.
