The delivered goods shall remain the property of the Publisher until all existing principal and subsidiary claims arising from past and future deliveries have been settled. In the event of resale, the claim thus arising shall take the place of the goods; it shall be assigned to the Publisher in advance as security for the Publisher's claim. (...) If the buyer resells conditional goods and includes pertinent claims in a current account relationship with a third party, the periodic balance recognized in each case following ***balancing of the individual current account claims*** is considered to have been assigned.
