English to French Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Contrat d\'affectation de crédit sans recours

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Je traduis un contrat d'affectation de crédit sans recours signé entre une banque espagnole et une entité française.

Je cherche la traduction appropriée de "Third Additional Ruling of Act 1 /99, January 5 1999" et pense pour l'instant à "Troisième décision supplémentaire de la Loi 1/99 du 5 janvier 1999". Je sourcille toutefois.

Contexte :

"The obligations and purposes that are incumbent on both parties with the signing of the present agreement, due to constituting an assignment of credits, will be governed by the provisions in articles 347 and 348 of the Code of Commerce and 1 526 and the following articles of the Civil Code, as well as by the ***Third Additional Ruling of Act 1 /99, January 5 1999***."
