Non-PRO English to French Other Law: Contract(s)

(A) the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan Facility (under and as defined in the Senior Facilities Agreement) to which such Hedgings relates; or
(B) the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Mezzanine Loans (under and as defined in the Mezzanine Bridge Credit Agreement) to which such Hedgings relates,
(such excess, the Overhedged Amount), in which case a Hedging Bank may terminate such proportion of the Overhedged Amount as the notional amount of the Hedging to which it is a party bears to the aggregate of the notional amounts under the Hedgings which relate to the relevant Term Loan Facility or Mezzanine Loans, as the case may be;
