English term

Law (general)
Contrat de coproduction cinématographique
Dans le contrat
Each Co-Producer shall be responsible for engaging in its own name the respective personnel, equipment and facilities necessary to satisfy its contribution to the co-production pursuant to Clause 5.4, with the other Co-Producer not being liable to such third parties under such contracts of engagement.
Autant je n'ai aucun souci avec "engage the personnel" autant je trouve cela surprenant pour "Equipment and facilities".
"Fournir" dans ce cas-ci?
Merci.

Discussion
J'ai très souvent croisé ce mot "mobiliser" dans les contrats de prestation de service notamment dans le secteur pétrolier.A vous de trancher.
