requête modifiée (seconde modification)

Particulars of Claim is simply the name of the document in which a Claimant sets down the details of what he is claiming and the grounds on which he claims it.
Often this is amended during the case as further aspects of the claim come to light or as parts are dropped.
I prefer requête as this is specifically a document that applies to a Claimant
Also modifiée/modification seems more appropriate for amended

Notes:
1. Claimant and not Pursuer/Pursuer must be Eng. & Wales and not Scotland or US etc.
2. Particulars of claim in High Court (HC) = pleadings and used to be called points of claim in the CC (County Cour).
3. Claimant has had 2 bites of the cherry by amending the writ etc. TWICE: has been allowed PRE-TRIAL to amend> amplifier most probably the Statement of Claim: assignation and re-amend. Different colours i.e. red, green, yellow, blue etc are traditionally used to highlight the first- and second-time edits: strike-out and additions.
