Yahoo! gives plenty of examples of 'pick face' and 'pick face replenishment' is in the KudoZ glossary. The 'cage' is a 'roll cage' and I've provided a link to a picture of one. I know that in retail stores these are often called 'boats.' My guess is that it is a "chariot" or "charrette." There is a personal glossary entry for 'cage' for the packaging industry but I haven't been able to find a French reference to verify any of them for this context.

Storage Assignment Strategies
A basic rule in assigning products to storage locations is storing "better" products in the "better" locations in the order picking system.
A "better location" is a location which provides faster and more ergonomic access to the product stored. For example, in a pallet flow rack, the **pick-face** that corresponds to the direct front of the order-picker (also called the golden-zone) is a better position than a **pick-face** which the order-picker has to bend down to reach.
