Mon texte est pour le Canada. Je crois qu'il vaut mieux utiliser le système métrique, et les "inches" entre parenthèse? Mon client est très à cheval sur les normes, donc ce qui m'aiderait, c'est de savoir exactement comment formuler ces mesures en Français pour le Canada.

is all you need to be correct. See plenty of examples in Google too.
I agree that centimeters should be more prominent than inches in this case (in fact, for me, in EVERY case!)
