The main functions of machine are :
1 Chassis (Single frame) with optional base plate extension or additional frame (For long feeding modules) on the right side of the machine
1 Adjustable barrel with 20 pickup heads holder
1 High torque motor for barrel rotation
Up to 16 independent actuators for Z pickup head movement with optional extra force pusher
1 Base plate with quick poka yoke locking system for modules (locating, test).
1 Computer to control the machine and modules attached to it
1 Driving boards for motors
1 Man/machine Interface via touch screen and a control panel with main buttons ( 1 extra monitor for vision optional )
Modern turret fairing with built in retractable protection for working areas (Pickup heads area) dismountable to access motor boards and actuators
