In a manual on dilution of an IMP I find "All individuals performing the preparation as well as verifying the preparation must be identified on the delegation of authority log".
The author refers to a "dilution log" in the document, in which the different dilution steps are noted down, but what about "delegation of authority" in this context? What does this refer to? Any thoughts?
