The sense being, for me, that emotions/feelings typical of a certain grouping appear in the presentation of the disorder being diagnosed

neutral Tony M : I don't believe that reflects the real sense of the S/T here: the specific use of 'groupings' suggests certain emotions etc. when occurring in conjunction with others.

Both, I had thought of both. Grouping is used mostly in the sense I gave though, otherwise we speak of clusters (of symptoms for instance). My idea was that the predominant type (group) of emotion helped diagnose a condition. But you may be right.

Je pense qu'il peut être remplacé par"set" en anglais. C'est la raison pour laquelle je vais plus pour groupage.
