I haven't been able to find this term in the SAP terminology glossary

SAP Screen

Twisties are triangles which will point either downward or to the right.
When you click them, they will rotate and either expand or collapse data on the screen.
The Application Toolbar contains buttons which relate to what can be done within the SAP screen below it.
This toolbar will change as you execute different transactions.
The Screen Name of each screen will display in bold, black text near the top.
The Standard Toolbar contains buttons commonly used on most SAP screens.

The Techdocs Library provides pages where documents are categorized by the IBM products they are associated with. Those categorized lists of documents within the library make use of a Lotus Notes display control that you may not be completely familiar with. The control is known as a 'Twistie', and is represented within a categorized list of documents by a small (rightward-pointing or downward-pointing) triangle icon beside the title of a category.
