Standing wood chop
Stand with legs about two feet apart. Hold the Fit Ball by your right hip with both hands. Look straight ahead and contract your ab muscles, turning your upper torso slightly to the right. Bend both knees slightly and lift the Fit Ball across your upper torso diagonally and straight up over your left shoulder. Repeat 8 to 10 times. Then repeat on other side. Target: Arms, Abdominals
