plonger en toute quiétude

vu le contexte j'opterais pour '"plonger en toute quiétude" puisque le reste de la phrase parle de fonds escarpés et de courants forts et de l'équipe qui est là justement pour faire en sorte que tout se passe pour le mieux avec un maximum de plaisir. (sachant qu'une traduction ne doit pas forcément "s'accrocher" aux mots de la langue source tant qu'elle restitue le fond.
