Das in diesem Fall offenbar nichtmuttersprachliche Englisch ist zugegebenermaßen gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Or alternatively, is it a tortured attempt to say something like “to declare our said intimacy and the matter of our joint life as legally recognized”? Possibly with “issue” meant as “any children resulting from said intimacy”?
