The company KKK has developed a new product called XXX, which constitutes an improvement of the frozen fruit purees in block. The company PPP after the presentation of the XXX product, informed KKK of its interest to distribute this product in Baden Württemberg and Bavaria complet.

The company PPP agrees, for a three years’ duration, neither to get in supplies, nor to resell, directly or indirectly, any competitive product of the XXX product or of any similar product as **apportioned fruit purée**. This undertaking is not limited territorially.
