Από την πρόταση που δίνεις, αυτό που καταλαβαίνω εγώ είναι ότι γίνεται επανεκκίνηση από τον διακόπτη, που καθορίζει το τέρμα της διαδρομής και όχι το όριο ανυψωσης ή κλίσης.
Επειδή, για κάποιο λόγο, δεν μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί το ποσοστό κλίσης, "κλείνουμε" τον διακόπτη που ρυθμίζει τον τερματισμό της διαδρομής, οπότε σταματάει το πρόγραμμα και μπορούμε να ρυθμίσουμε εκ νέου το ποσοστό ανύψωσης.
(Για κυλιόμενο τάπητα, το ground frame είναι το μηχανικό χειριστήριο...νομίζω...)
