English term

ESD

English to Greek Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng elevator technology
Again it concerns elevators. The full phrase here is
On connection blocks and panels, the ESD can handle up to 15 kV air discharge and 8 kV contact discharge.
The usual ESD , electrostatic discharge, doesn't seem right here, does it?
