can extruded aluminum be אלומיניום מחושל? I know מחושל to mean forged, but isn't it sort of similar (emphasis on sort of...)?

I don't think that you can use מסילה משוחלת since the aluminum was what was extruded. You can use מסילת אלומניום משוחל instead.
