A kp. tengelyállás az EKG-ban angolul intermediate axis vagyis normal heart axis. A tengelyállás meghatározásában a három kulcshelyzet: vertical / meredek, intermediate / közepes, horizontal / horizontális. Itt a normál, vagyis közepes szerepel a leleten.
