下に示すＷｅｂｓｉｔｅ情報を以下のように引用した(引用１)。　課題の引用文章が建設に関係しているので、建設プロジェクトの雰囲気の中で、建設関係用語を適切と思われる日本語に翻訳し、counter guaranteeの日本語訳を導き出した。建設用語には＊を付した。(引用２)も必要となった。
結論として、counter guaranteeは、「当事者間債務・義務・権利共通 保証契約」となった。

引用１：　BusinessDictionary.comの、counter guaranteeの定義
Back-to-back (以下の引用2から導き出した和訳 => 当事者間の 債務・義務・権利が共通に及ぶ) guarantee (保証契約) given by an obligor (債務者) to indemnify　(補償する) a surety (担保) in a three-party contract (三者間の契約: such as a performance bond <契約履行保証書＊>). 引用１のBack-to-backは、さらに同様に下のＷｅｂｓｉｔｅ情報を引用し(引用２)、検討。
back to back :
Pair of (二者間の) linked(リンクした=>共通に及ぶ) agreements (合意書) or transactions (取引) in which all liabilities (債務), obligations (義務), and rights (権利) of one agreement or transaction are mirrored (共通する) in the second <agreement>.
　　従って、back to backの意味 => 債務・義務・権利がリンクした/共通に及ぶ
　　を、(引用１) に投入した。

検証：
課題の引用英文に、上記「counter guarantee」「back to back」の検討結果の(日本語翻訳語)を投入して、「課題の引用文」の意味が通るかどうかを確認した。
