English term

to fulfill potential

English to Latin Art/Literary Idioms / Maxims / Sayings Latin translation
What's the best way to translate this phrase into Latin? Should potential be translated as 'potentia', 'potestas' or 'facultas'? would 'facultatem capere' make sense? Thanks for any help.
